How Does This Work?
 

  Support Guy offers the following options:
  1) Q & A Support - Ask a question and receive a detailed answer for only $25.00. 
Configuration Questions, How-To's, or troubleshooting, by email.
Q & A is limited to one task per payment.
  2) Remote Support or Training - Support Guy will provide assistance via the telephone, or access your system remotely, for a specific problem/task, for only $75.00.  
There is a 1 hour minimum with this charge. 
Should the problem/task require more than 1 hour, additional time will be billed in 20 minute increments.
  3) Patch Library Access - Access the current patches for your BCM software release for $10.00. 
You can download all current Nortel GA (Generally Available) patches for your release of BCM.
Patches are categorized by release and include ReadMe files. (Always Up to Date)
   
   
  How it Works!

1)

Determine the type of Support you require, Q & A, Remote Support, or Patch Access.
2) Access the Buy Support Page.  Click here to go to the Buy Support page.
3) Click the "Buy Now" button for the Support you require.
4) You will be taken to PayPal where you can submit your payment using various methods.
5) After submitting your payment, you will be redirected back to MySupportGuy.net and presented with a Form.
6) Complete the form and click "Submit".  Support Guy will immediately be notified of your submission by email.
7) Support Guy will contact you ASAP, depending upon time, day, and current work volume.
If you are requesting Patch Library Access you will be emailed a username and password good for 24 hours from the date/time of the email.
